Jayson Pocius is a multifaceted individual with a diverse background spanning sports, education, and real estate. Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Jayson developed a passion for sports early on, particularly basketball, fueled by the success of the Chicago Bulls during the 1990s.
Jayson is the founder of DONTBECHI Designs, a real estate firm focused on revitalizing distressed properties with innovative design solutions and creating sustainable, high-value developments in Las Vegas. His work in property development combines creative design with strategic real estate expertise, transforming undervalued properties into thriving projects.
Jayson’s career is built on a strong academic foundation, holding an MBA from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Roosevelt University. This education, along with years of hands-on experience, has shaped his analytical and strategic approach to real estate.
Before launching DONTBECHI Designs, Jayson worked with KB Home in Las Vegas, specializing in land acquisition and development projects. He also managed JRP Holding Group, LLC in Chicago, overseeing rental property investments and successfully acquiring, managing, and selling properties.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Jayson is an avid enthusiast of college basketball, having served as the Special Assistant to the Head Coach for Roosevelt University’s Men’s Basketball team. His love for sports extends to beach volleyball, a summer pastime he continues to enjoy in Las Vegas.
